Our Beloved Leo (aka Pudles)

You were a member of our family for only six months, but loved you as though you lived with us since the beginning of time. We found you after someone heartlessly left you outside to die, completely declawed, starving and covered in fleas. One witness described you as one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they had ever seen.

As soon as we took you home, you fought like a lion and you never gave up and we are so fortunate you had a great will to continue living. We loved to watch you eat and had the opportunity to once again be happy and content. You were a very old kitty, and we wanted you to stay with us as long as you could. All the dogs respected you and you them, just another example of what an incredible cat you truly were and we were fortunate to have you for as long as we did. You are truly a remarkable cat that we will never forget and we hope you knew how much you were truly loved and will be sadly missed.

To our courageous kitty that roared like a lion, you survived abuse that most cats would have succumbed to, we were so lucky to find you and you spent the last six months of your life with a family that couldn't have spoiled you enough, but mostly loved you and will forever… until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge because life is temporary, but LOVE is forever! Thank you again for letting us find you.
