Real Life Rainbow Bridge Stories

'Pete'

Yesterday was one of the most distressing days of my life, I made the decision to put my little mate down. You can justify it a hundred times in your head that it was the kindest thing to do, but it hurts. I couldn't sleep at all, just thinking what a good dog he was and did I do the right thing.

This morning I went for a walk still thinking about him and I saw a Rainbow, there was no rain or had it rained, I knew nothing of the Rainbow bridge until now 5 hours after my walk. I'm sure that the rainbow that I saw on my walk was a message to let me know that he's OK and will be waiting for me.
