Odie,
Daddy got me a new baby, he looks just like you did when you were a puppy, his name is Eddie. I find myself calling him "Odie" but there will never be another Odie, and he can never take your place, but he helps fill the empty feeling I have had since you went home to God. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, and think I hear you barking, you are always with me.
