I am sorry for you loss. I just lost my 17 year old black lab Abby four weeks ago. She will be the last dog I will have and it has been terribly hard to go on without her. You are so fortunate to still have a puppy you can love. They can give you so much comfort when you need it. I know they are not like the one you lost, but they do help fill the void. I had Abby when I lost my Amberly 5 years ago and it helped me get through it. Now, not having any pet to turn to, it is so empty and lonely. Hug your Harpo every chance you can get. I wish I had a Harpo to hug right now. All I have now is memories of Abby and nothing to fill that emptiness. God will see you through and I hope my sadness will turn into happy memories of my Abby. Sue
