There's really nothing you can do but accept your feelings right now. You have the right to mourn. You have lost the love of your life. I know because I have been there as well. Time will soften the blow but you will always have pangs of grief. Hold his toys or blankets or anything that reminds you of him close to you and you will sense his presence. God bless you.
