Sorry for your loss

I'm so sorry for your loss. I loved what you said about how Rex would want you to be happy. He would. He loved you. He would want nothing more than to see you happy.

I believe Molly was giving you a sign that she somehow really does know Rex is okay. I think pets have a special sense of these things.

You have a great perspective on your loss. You appreciate all the love that your Rex gave you and know that so many never experience this.

Rex seems like such a great little dog. He is playing on the other side now, finding happiness (and bones and new friends!), and waiting with endless patience for you. One day, you'll find each other again, and on that day long from now, you'll remember only the joy.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Hang in there. Each week passed is a week toward feeling as whole again as we can feel on this side ... and it's just what Rex would want.
