Dogs with warnings
by: Anonymous

You really said it all in your poem. I had a dog I didn't really want, as not being able to have pets as a child. He came into my life, and became my best friend, and baby. I had him for 14 great years, not long enough. I understand your warning, how they steal our hearts, and how they can never be replaced. And, how much we luved, and cared for them. He wasn't just a dog to me, he was a part of our family, that can never be replaced. The pain is great, but know I was blessed with him, for so many years! Thanks, your poem touched my heart, which is still broken.
