My thoughts and prayers are with you and I am so sorry for your loss.
Could put "KC" in for the name

I cried as I read your poem. KC died in my arms sitting on our kitchen floor. He raised his little head and looked at my husband and looked at me and put his head down and was gone. I wonder when will the pain go away.
