When you lose a pet it's very hard,
Of all the love and no disregard,
Love is saved but a pet is lost,
And nothing left but a suffering cost.

Anger, grieve and denial,
There will never be a last and final,
God has made a sad decision,
But the worst of all will be the vision,

Of all the memories we have had,
The thoughts of you will be happy and sad,
I love and miss you oh so much,
I really miss your gentle touch!
