'Beloved Boxer My Elvis'

I felt like my heart was ripped out of me on Tuesday morning. My fur baby Elvis was suffering from immune disorder. He levels were improving so I was not expecting him to die in front of me from cardiac arrest.

Elvis was more then just a pet he was like an extension of myself. He was there for me through life changing events, miscarriages and divorce. He was always by my side through it all. My one true friend.

I still look for him, my bed feels big without him in it. I come home from work and an emptiness overwhelms me.

Time will help ease my pain, but I will miss my little man. I feel so blessed he was in my life. God chose us for each other, I just wish he let me have more time with him.
