Guilt...
by: Anonymous

It's hard to not feel guilty when you know in your heart that all it took was a decision to not go through with the surgery and they'd still be here today! My Cindy died 2 months ago due to my decision of wanting to get her spayed. It was a routine surgery and I did it because I thought it would be for her best interest. I was given back her lifeless body and now my home and my life is forever changed. All it took was one decision to stop the surgery and she'd be here today.

I am SO VERY SORRY for your unexpected loss of your precious Charo. What a horrible tragedy!

Thank you for your advice, that must have been hard/with mixed feelings for you to say since you had a ton a trust in your Vet.

Margaret - hugs
