'Gone Too Soon'

Our family lost our beloved Staffordshire Bull Terrier 'Stella' in the early hours of Sunday 11th july 2010, she was 10 years old. She'd stopped eating & became listless 3 days earlier and then died in her sleep. I am absolutely devastated & feel tremendous guilt because I wasn't there for her when the time came.
My only comfort comes from believing in animal afterlife & the hope that we will be reunited again one day. I just hope she knows how much she is loved & I pray she sends us a sign that she's still around. Life isn't the same without her.
