'My Hamster Lily'

I had begged my parents for years for a hamster, and finally they agreed. I got her on August 2, 2008. I had her almost 3 years.
I found out today that she was dead. We were away on a trip and my older sister was caring for her while we were gone.
Lily holds a special place in my heart and always will.
