Your Pet Loss Stories

My best friend, my beautiful Black Lab Rudy was diagnosed with cancer on April 18th, 2009. We fought the fight, we had to, we didn't want to leave each other. I put him on an all natural diet, supplements and herbal remedies to fight the type of cancer he had.
I had 3 wonderful months with my boy...swimming, going to the park, walking, spending time together, bearing my soul to him, reminiscing. I will always be thankful for that time I had with him.

I had to put him to rest on July 8th, 2009. This is the day I lost my best friend, my favorite companion and my loyal, faithful protector of 10-1/2 years. I miss you, Rudy.
