Bluebell my best friend! !
She was an amazing dog. Just for the small things she did to touch my heart. She was a white one blue one brown eyed Boxer. I had her for 14 years and those years were amazing.
She always greeted me at the door when I came home from work and was at the foot of the bed at bedtime. She never missed a meal, she would sit right beside me at the table and rest her head on my leg. She would have the puppy dog eyes and the pouty lips just looking up at me not whining or begging but just giving me the look.
She had me so wrapped cause I could never say no to her. When I would no longer have any more food to give she would move on to the next person. She had a little ole numb for a tail and it would always be going. She never met a stranger and had to get lovin from everyone.
This past March (3-13) I took her in for her yearly check up and have her hips looked at because they had been bothering her. Her doctor put her on Rimadyl and told us to give when she was having a bad day. After only two days on the meds we noticed she was having small seizures. We immediately took her off and called her doctor. We got her a new medication and the seizures stopped and helped with her hips.
May (2013) Bluebell started having grand mal seizures. Got her on seizure medication and she stayed sedated, she literally slept all the time. I took her in to have her levels checked to see if we could lower her dose and just have a better quality of life. They had to send her blood work off and they would call me with the results.
Well Tuesday June 12th 2013 my baby girl started having seizures one right after another. Took her to emergency hospital and there was nothing they could do for her. I had to make the hardest decision of my life to let my best friend go. It has only been 24 hrs and I feel so lost. I miss my baby girl every second of the day!!
Baby girl Momma loves you and misses you. Can't wait to see you again!! Rest in Peace 6/12/2013
