Thank you for your comments. When I lost my beautiful Blue I said that I would never have another dog because I felt that Blue could not be replaced. But reading your remarks makes sense of it all. I cannot replace Blue and no other dog will ever compare to Blue but I can love and give love to another pet. Maybe there is an another pet out there that needs my love and companionship. I still hurt from my loss but I do have a big heart that maybe has room for another. Really gives me food for thought. Thank you for making me realize that I had my Blue for 15 wonderful years which I will never forget and I should rejoice in the fact that I had him that long and perhaps I can give another pet that same love.
