'Mille'

We named our black/tan Cavalier Mille, as she was born near the millennium.
Then we found she was born deaf, but that never kept her back in her 13+ years! For her last few years, arthritis prevented her walking much. Then suddenly her back legs stopped working.
Our vet decided it was time to say goodnight. I cried for a month, but have wonderful memories of a friend -not a pet!- who was with me 1/4 of my life.
