'Tommy'

My cat Tommy passed away suddenly on 12/14/10. Tom came to me a stray 9-10 years ago. He was a beautiful black/white long hair Tommy. His back legs became non functional (I say paralyzed, but the vet says he was not paralysed because his tail could still move.)

3 days later - I thought he was doing better after a cortisone shot - he ate a good breakfast and I laid him in his bed and went about my business. I glanced at him and thought he was sleeping so went out for a bit. When I came back I realised he was gone as he had not moved.

Tom was a wonderful cat - even tempered and loving. He will be deeply missed. I figure he was about 12 years old. Our pets give us their sweet companionship and they work their way into our hearts. He was loved very much. Sorry I don't know how to upload a picture.
