V'Ger - 1995-11/02/07
I was happy to add V'Ger to my family when I found him at the Humane Society. He was a loving pet for 10 years, and his presence is tremendously missed.
V'Ger was diagnosed with Lymphocytic Leukemia on 2005, and was given 4-5 months to live. V'Ger exceeded all expectations, and I was lucky to keep him with me for another 2 years. But suddenly, the Leukemia caught up to him, and although he wasn't in pain, he wasn't comfortable, and wasn't the wonderful family member I'd loved for 10 years.
So I made the ultimate decision, and helped V'Ger cross to the Rainbow Bridge. He was purring in the end, and I miss him dearly.
