Comments like these help a lot! Very hard to go through....... I talk to him still.....don't put anything in his spot for his blanket and miss him dearly! Please forgive me Vince for leaving you there and not being with you in the morning you passed!

Buddy I know how you are feeling right now just the way I feel for my dog too. I lost my pet dog 3 weeks ago after spending 13 years with me. He had cataract in one eye too. He suddenly took ill after picking up a stale chicken bone with ants on it while I was walking him on the street. He never recovered from it and got worse. I must say the vet did his best with him but he picked up a serious infection that his body couldn't fight because of his age. I am crying every single day for him, he was the love of my life. You will miss him dearly, but he is in heaven now running and barking. Take comfort with his memories. Take care bro!
