My Bichon-Poodle Gisele was my baby. She came into my life almost 17 years ago, when she was 3 months old. It was love at first sight for the both of us. We watched each other grow up. She brought light and sparkle to my life and the world around me.
I remember lots of good times with Miss Zel. She taught me how to love unconditionally and also to just be present. She never had an agenda, she never worried about doing this and that - she took her time, sniffed anything she wanted and yet everything always got done. She found joy in the simple things: laying in the sun, sticking her head out the car window, eating peppers off my pepper plants! And also digging thru garbage.....she was not a prissy Poodle by any means - bring on the mud and worms! She connected with people in her own way, brought them joy, and made them smile. Kids, adults, men, women - everyone, they always said hi to her. She made a difference just by simply being...
Gisele, I miss you so much it hurts. I hope you know how much I love you and I always will.
