Hi Bunny, I just came across your site by accident and it's wonderful. I am grieving at the moment as I lost my little Woody on Monday. She had heart failure and had gone blind.
Unfortunately her gut just stopped working and she lost so much weight, so the kindest thing to do was to have her put to sleep. The trouble is I feel so guilty now, thinking was it the right time. I know it probably was, but I just miss her so much, it hurts. I have another cat Fluffy but she is 19 too, and now I am worrying sick about her, though she is still very healthy and active. I know what I am feeling is normal, but it hurts so much that's all.
Thank you though as your web pages about grief really helped. I left a tribute to Woody now which made me cry writing it, but feels good to have written it. Thanks again Michelle x
