'My Friendship That Ended So Fast'

I had the cutest little rat. His name was Ruphis. He had a house in his cage that he used to sleep in and one night he pushed that house and it landed on him.

I woke up the next morning to find him on the bottom of his cage with his head buried. I called his name and he did not move. It was then that I realised there was something wrong.

I opened the door and he still did not move so I touched him and he gave a nip on my finger and it made me bleed. I went to my dad and told him there was something wrong with Ruphis and he said that he had broken his back.

So I took him to the vet in my hat and got him put down. Although he is gone I will never ever forget what a short time we spent together but although it was short it was great.

I miss my baby boy but I know he will be happy in heaven.
