'My Little Bella-ba ♥'

Yesterday, my beautiful little Bella beagle lost her battle with CHF...she let me know it was time to go. She was ready to join her sweetheart Baron.

My little sweet Bella was my second rescue...she was actually the second half of a 2 part rescue. I rescued Baron, and then onto my little Bella beagle.

When I got her she weighed only 17lbs, starving, hw+, and terrified. During the four years she spent here.... she learned that life was good. She was loved, safe, warm and cozy, and made much of. She was the little princess. She kept the boys in line!!

The house seems so quiet without her...even when the other four had barkout, her voice was noticeably missing. I'm just really glad that the day before she rallied one last time, and ran and played with the others. She played in the grass, ate the apples, and ran free around the yard. And that was it for her. That night she was draggin'.

My sister Karen drove, so I could hold my little girl. She slept in my arms the whole way.

I wish it didn't hurt so much...my heart feels ripped out, and I'm so glad I know how to type, otherwise I wouldn't be able to keep going, because I can't see the keyboard.

But no matter how much it hurts, it will never stop me from wanting to have my puppies...and I will always be there til the end...best friends forever.

We love you Bella-ba....run free...and tell waggy boy Baron we miss him.
