My Beautiful Girl
Cleopatra, my beautiful girl.
Gone too soon. She loved bacon. She’d purr when I gave her bacon. She also loved to chase the red dot from a laser pointer. Sometimes she would curl up on my pillow and sleep above my head or curl up next to me while I played on the PS3.
She wasn’t much of a lap cat. She would fuss a little when I picked her up to hold her, even if it was just a moment. She loved to have the bathroom sink faucet on and would drink from it. If she even saw either my husband or I heading down the hall, she would race ahead, jump up on the sink and look at us as though she expected us to turn on the sink.
When she wanted breakfast she would jump on the bed and then off when she knew I saw her. She would do this a couple times before I finally got up to feed her.
I’m going to miss her. She was my furbaby.
