On January 26, 2000, I adopted Jake when he was only three months old. From that day, I always showed Jake great affection, attention and love from my heart. We enjoyed so many beautiful walks together and I cherished each one.
You were such a fun, happy and smart little guy.
I feel truly blessed to have had such a great friend like you Jake.
I will always miss looking into your loving, beautiful eyes. If love alone could have saved you, you would have never died. In my heart, you hold a special place no one could ever fill.
My heart is broken but my memories of you Jake will live forever.
Our bond will never be broken, Dad will always be here to protect you and take care of you.
I will always love and miss you Jake!
