The carpet is too clean. When you were here with us, we had to clean the floors once a week. It didn't matter how often we brushed and bathed you, the carpet would stay covered in your fur.
We'd often have to actually take a broom to it and brush until it all came up. I used to hate it when you were here. It was a lot of work. It made my arms tired, it exhausted me.
No matter how often we groomed you, how good your diet was, or how much we swept the floor... the carpet was never clean when you were here. Now, though, I look down at the floor and it's too clean. And I hate it.
