Hi Tom:

Thank you for your words. They are comforting in these sad times, as you know.

I have heard so many, many things about the afterlife and can only hope and pray that they are right. If so, our buddies are happy and free and healing.

Isn't that a great thought.

Penny, Kane was a beautiful fellow, and I know your heart misses him terribly. I miss my Sam mostly at night, when I would walk her and play with her.
I'm not much for belief in the afterlife, but it's amazingly easy to believe that Sam is in Heaven than to believe there's a place there for me.
I do hope to see her again, along with you and Kane, and all the other pet lovers too.
