I feel your pain and your words bring me to tears.
I know so well how you feel, as do most of us here on this site.

It has been such a short time since you lost Charlie and I know your pain is so deep. I lost my doberman Leya in August of this year, and I still find waking in the mornings to be the hardest. Every morning when I wake, it's like I come back to the reality that she isn't with me, and the pain and tears start anew. I was thinking how lucky Charlie was to have his 2 brothers, Bud and Duke to have fun with and to have you to love and care for him so much.

I think Charlie had the best life a dog could want, with brothers and a yard and a pond that he loved to go to. A love and bond like you have with Charlie will never die. I'm sure he is with you still.

I'm so sorry for your loss....
