Loss
by: Terri KC MO

We had to put our Schnauzer down Thursday, March 28, 2013. Her name was Krystal. Always had smile and kisses for everyone. Not a mean bone in her body, she was 12 years and 3 months old. She had Pancreatic Cancer, we found out. She lost a lot of weight so we took her to the Dr. he thought she had an attack, so we got her some medicine and special can protein food, but she still wasn't eating much. We took to the Dr. again and he did ex-rays and she was full of cancer. She tried so hard, I think for us. We are having a hard time. I just want her back. I hope that there is a place where we will see each other again.

I'm sorry that you lost your dog. I know how you feel because my dog died too. He died on the Spring Equinox at 4:00am of bloat. Draco wasn't young but it was totally unexpected. It's really difficult to accept. It's hard to think of anything else. Your dog was lucky to have been so loved. I hope you experience many moments of peace and healing.
