'Bitter Sweet Day'

My buddy Tang has been gone for two and a half months now. (sigh)

Yesterday we brought home a new little kitten for company to our six year old Scottish Fold. It was a bitter sweet day because the little one is so cute and is so playful, bringing joy to me yet I felt a little guilty, like maybe I was trying to replace Tang and then I got sad.

I know in my mind that this little one can never replace my big guy, I'm just not sure what my heart is feeling. I sit here crying now (it's been a while since I have cried) I guess this too is part of the grieving process, so I will stop writing now and just "feel".

I miss you so much Tangy.
