KC, It Is One Year

KC, is has been a year today that you looked into our eyes and died. The pain is still with us but we remember you with so much love. I woke up at 2 am and thought about you calling us. I have your pictures all over the house. I still wear the heart around my neck that has some of your remains. I still cry sometimes thinking about you.

I must tell you something. I wondered what I could do today that would be for you. I got an email that our office was mulching a dog walk at the SPCA. I thought that I would do that in your honor. It was my giving to lost animals and it made me feel closer to you. I have blisters but I know it was in your memory.

Our little Mollie is doing well. We thank you for sending her to us. She is not you but she is funny. I wish you could teach her to stay off the tables.

KCcat, I have found the most adorable pictures of you that I look at periodically. They make me laugh.

Have you found Mom. I know she will take care of you. We miss you. We will never forget you. Are you and Harley behaving. By the way, Dr. Fulton may be coming back.

KC, you are so missed but we will see you again. I love you and always will miss you.

Hugs and kisses always, my KCcat!

Love,

Mom
