A lot of people said you were named after a piece of seafood. But to me, you were a precious dark tabby cat with white shoes and bibb, you had my heart even though your eyes were still closed to the world. My soul picked you, and from then on, you had my heart and still do, even that last day,

I had to give you up, to stop the pain to set you free, young again, happy. You took my heart but I'm glad, at least, part of me went with you, when I held you as you drifted away from me, and away into the light. I love you forever and wish on the stars and whisper goodnight, my little love.
