Your Pet Tributes

'Triscuit'

by Bonnie and Rick
(Vancouver, Wa. USA)

Our little Triscuit you fought so hard to stay with us but your little 4 1/2 lbs body and your 10 1/2 years heart was just too tired. Dad and I held you in our arms and you looked into our eyes as you said you were ready to go at 5:45 sunday evening. I held you so long and then wrapped you in your blanket with just your head sticking out so I could smell your hair. We stayed like that all night and then at 10 am dad and I put you in your little box that dad made for you and layed you in the flower garden.

You will have beautiful flowers around you all the time and I will tend to them with love and care because you are there. We will put your brother Jimmy that you lost 2 years ago at the same age next to you. I clipped your hair from your tail, toes and head and put them in a little bag and will keep it with your little dress under your pink piggy pillow right next to Jimmy's doggy pillow where we can see it everyday. Now that you and Jimmy are together again you two be good and don't boss him too much.

We will see you soon babies, until then our memories will keep us going and the smell of you on your cloths will always keep you close.
