I am sorry for your loss
by: Anonymous

It sounds like you and Rex gave everything to each other. I hope you find comfort in knowing that you loved him and were humane enough and selfless enough to think of what was best for him. I know it is so hard. I had to make the same decision and it was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. It still hurts to think about it even though I know I did the right thing for my baby. You have to remember that you did one last kindness and he was fortunate to have you and you him.

Sorry for your Loss
by: Joe

I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved Rex. As hard as it was, you did the right thing to let him move on. You will see him again one day, and all the pain you're feeling now will be forgotten by the time he's planted that first lick on your face.

In the meantime, he will find that child who needs him. Rex is happy now, and you know he would want you to be happy now too, and happy still when you meet him again. Until then, he knows he is always only a memory away.

My most heartfelt condolences and prayers.

Joe
